I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi that has been well maintained and the gasket on the original one had failed. I was shocked how expensive this seemingly simple piece of pipe with a cheap gasket was. Amazon ultimately had the best price but still over $100..... I have no Idea why this costs what it does, but someone is making a hefty profit somewhere. I would give it 5 stars but not with the price being what it is.

Feels solid and fits well, but they dont include a new spring retaining clip and only supply you aluminum bolts. Didnt realize they were aluminum at first and my wimpy electric ratchet broke one. I fixed it, but ill be buying stainless bolts to replace them, and id suggest you do the same before installing. Had a hell of a time finding this part so overall im still happy, shipping was faster than estimated, but could have been better protected.

It says this is for 06+, but just wanted to make note that it DOES fit a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 perfectly. I had changed EGR Valve, but check engine light still was on so I tried to changing the tube out. It took care of the issue.
