If I could give this 0 stars I would! It was not assembled correctly and I ended up having to take the linkage off of the new one I ordered and placed it on my old one. This product should not say it fits a Honda fit because it’s certainly does not. What a waste of money. And poor manufacturing. Take this crap off the market.

Decent quality but had to get a mechanic to manipulate it to fit, he said just a slight difference in original turned simple job into complicated one 2007 Honda Fit

I usually do not leave reviews but in this case, I feel the consumer should be warned. This should have taken about an hour to replace. When the windshield wiper motor was mounted to this transmission, it would not rotate without jamming. After about 3 days, I was able to figure out the problem which I should have never needed to do. One of the transmission arms was about .25" too long which jammed the motor from rotating. Once I fixed that issue, I tried to mount into the car and only 2 of the 3 bolts required to safely mount lined up. One was approximately 1" out of position. I was forced to leave it like that until I purchase another one but it is sure to fail if I leave it in the car. This was possibly the worst purchase I have made on Amazon.

If it had been another season I would have sent this back. I needed it because of rainy weather but this had numerous problems. One of the plastic arms was cracked and the push arms were assembled incorrectly. If I had not had the old transmission on hand to compare to, it would have gone un-noticed and it would have been impossible to install the new transmission into the car. I had to fully disassemble the unit and reassemble it in the correct configuration to get it in. I have over 50 years of experience working on cars and it was difficult for me, it would have been impossible for some poor soul with no experience. I gave it 2 stars because of the work I had to do to make it work. The quality is not there in both assembly and in materials (come on China get your stuff together).
