Nearly perfect for a 2000 XJ. I needed to grind a tiny bit off the bottom tabs of my stock intake manifold in order to clear the Dorman exhaust manifold. (the intake needs to sit on two metal dowels/pegs off the head of the engine). It would not sit correctly and came into contact with the new header so keep this in mind (don't be scared it's an easy fix). Be sure to tighten the 2 O2 sensor bolt holes if you are Federal emissions not Cali (precats)

The fit was perfect but the two bolts did not work for my application. I had to reuse the old bolts to reattach the down pipe. Time will tell if the manifold holds up and doesn't crack.
