The manifold arrived on time, exact fit and good quality. Was a little challenging to get on and the 3 heat shield holes didn't line up with the studs. Had to bend the heat shield in a few places and drill a new hole for 1 of the studs. Other than that everything else went well.

The header flange casting was too large to fit on head, had to file edges to fit. Also heat shield does not fit correctly without modifying mounting tabs.

Perfect fit, but I did not actually need it. I had a manifold leak, which a mechanic diagnosed as a crack. I fixed it myself, true issue was a manifold gasket leak at the block, caused by broken studs, caused by excessive back pressure from a bad catalytic converter. Replaced the manifold, gaskets, converter, and manifold studs in head. All good now for about $300 in parts.

I can't say anything about longevity yet. initially looks horrible. metal very rough and looks porous. exit hole was smaller than original. Gasket and heat shield damaged due to poor packaging. Fit was great. Function is identical to stock. heat shield was poor fit. ended up using original shield rather than waste time tweaking. Worth a try for the savings compared to factory.

The old one in the motor had multiple holes in it, where it had almost completely rusted and broke thru. The shop that installed it had originally said the price was more than $400, so this seemed like a bargain.Too much for me to install on my own, so that put it on.
