Works great in my 1986 K10, would but again. I converted from a carburetor to Fuel injection and needed to add an electric fuel pump. This worked just as well as the Spectra unit. The barbs face towards the driver's side if mounted on the Passenger side. The pickup sock seems nice and filter-y and the return drops at the bottom of the tank, so no worries about fuel cavitation. Would also work equally as well for an LS Swap.Has a 3/8 feed, 5/16 return, and 1/4 vent lines.

In the process of installing, it appears to be for the passenger side tank as the locating tabs are different. I'm only assuming that's the case as I am not dropping my passenger side tank right now, so I can't confirm. Maybe that's what they meant under the notes, "w/ auxiliary tank"... only reason for the 4 stars as the description was not clear. Kinda bummed but I think i can modify it to work. Will update if there are more problems.
