Does not fit, it's just slightly too small. even tried heating it up to get it to strech fit but nada. I guess I can use the clamps it came with when I go buy and OEM one from Toyota.

This is the exact fit for my son’s 2002 4Runner 3.4L. The strapping does not work, but your old stuff should work fine (at least ours did). Regulate hose clamps would work. Couldn’t be happier with replacement.
