I replaced both driver and passenger side actuators. Both fit perfectly and arrived on time. They both seem to be good quality. Install was easy on my 2002 Monte Carlo. So far they work great , smooth operation.Save money and do it yourself.

This thing was very easy to install. It took longer to take the door panel of than it took to install. I was surprised to see that it came with new bolts pre-installed. Way cheaper than taking it to the dealership or anywhere else for that matter.

Got this with shipping for I believe 70 something bucks, which is dirt cheap, and works perfect three months later. Also bought a Dorman window switch about six months ago for under fifty that was $199.99 plus tax at Autozone with no issues. Highly recommend this product. Purchased for 2000 Grand Prix GT. If you need help installing hit youtube.com and in the search field enter your model of car and issue and you'll typically find an instructional video on how to install it. I punched in "Grand Prix window motor" and found a video installing one in a Grand Am, which was pretty analogous to what I needed to do for mine. Good luck.
