Looks like good quality but all 3 bolt holes do not align you can only use 2 of the 3 screws i will look for another alternative before i install this one

Worked perfectly for the front passenger window on my 96 Explorer. While you have the door apart, take some silicon lubricant and spray the metal guides with it. Mine worked even better after that.

Two of the three holes line up for the motor and regulator. The third (bottom) hole does not line up causing you to have to drill another hole in the regulator and use a washer. It "works" but we'll have to see for how long. I'm really not happy with having to drill holes. When Amazon said that it "fits" my 1989 Bronco II, I presumed I would be able to unbolt the old one and bolt in the new one.

only thing missing was the 3 bolts which the factory motors on this explorer was put in with bolts had to drill a hole to get to one of the bolts that’s how i knew they were factory so i didn’t even need the bolts because the factory ones were brass and the other motor i bought for the driver side had new ones with it and they were crap bolts anyway the factory brass ones will last another 20 years easily. all in all for a “used” product (it had one of the plugs already in it so i assume it was a return) it was easy install and now both my front windows work with ease!

Was failing intermittently sometime no up sometimes no down. easy replace - videos how to on U-tube - you have to drill one hole on inside metal panel behind the door panel cover to access one of the three mounting bolts to remove and replace -U-Tube how to videos available easy job.

This motor fit perfectly and works fine.It came with all of the wiring adapters to install it.It has been in for several months with no problem.It is a little noisier than the factory motor, but it is also faster so it is a trade off.The price was right and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
