The OEM window motor has a rubber grommet around it that fits into inner door panel hole. This unit has a 1ft harness that plugs into other harness on truck leaving a hole in door panel where rain or moisture can come through. They work but are by far way weaker and inferior to OEM toyota. I guess that’s the difference in cost ? If it wasn’t so much labor involved I would return the product but I’m also very picky.
