Like a lot of reviews mention, they really don't fit on the broken off peg well. I had to hammer mine on, aligning the one notch left on my stub. Then the screws were significantly too short. I had to dig through my junk bin to find something that would fit. For now, they are reclining the seats up and down. They feel pretty flimsy and since you're screwing into pot metal that has already broken once, I don't see this as a long term fix. Nice of Dorman to try, though.

Product is just as described and worked great in my 99 s10 Blazer. The original handles broke the mount. Which caused me to use a different screw. But that is an individual problem. But the screws provided would of worked had this not happened

I have a 1999 Blazer ZR2 and the passenger recline handle's splines shattered. I've included photos of the original and this replacement for reference.The screws that came with this were too short and I had to go out and buy a #8 pan head 1½ inch screw to fit it in. Keep this in mind before you buy.Otherwise, this should fix your issue and let you lean back and relax once again!

Worked to fix the broken shaft issue, had to sting about 1/4 inch off the mounting as the length was touching the door panel when closing the door but other than that fits and works perfect!

On the Amazon site, it says that this part will fit a 2002 Blazer. It does not.At first I thought it was me, but when I couldn't get it to fit, I took it in to my local garage - They couldn't get it to fit, either. Then off to the local auto parts chain store to have them try it. You guessed it - They couldn't get it to fit, either.Shipping it back tomorrow. Don't waste your money.

These fit over the broken shaft. Had to use longer screws than the ones provided due to the shape of the broken shaft. Handles tightened securely and worked the seat back release properly after install.

Sure they're flimsy plastic, but so are the OEM handles, that's why you're looking at these in the first place. Fit perfect. I was very careful as I tapped them on, one of the screws was not the right length (on the driver's side I think), but I used the old screw. (or could have picked up one of correct length at hardware store) My main concern was that the handles fit and are functional, which they did fit excellent and were functional, I was careful as I installed them and will not expect them to withstand more force than they are designed for; replaced the ones that were missing/broken perfectly.
