Please connectors are well made for plastic fuel lines or other plastic lines and I have used them on rubber hose also.

Did not really fit well for 5/16 fuel hose. Worked for 1/4 fuel line.

Fit well into the nylon line once I figured out how to heat the line properly. Fit a bit loosely into the flexible fuel line but I pushed it a bit further and worm gear clamped right on top of the collar in the middle. Perhaps a bit hackish, but it doesn't leak.
