This really saved my bacon. Notorious fuel pump/filter crack causing a leak and the connector. A new fuel line would be difficult to find and install. This and a push in connector made the fix super quick.

As someone else commented in the reviews for the 800-060, the retaining clip for this connector is the older style SIDE retaining clip. The wrong photo is Dorman's error, not Amazon's. Dorman's website also shows the newer style clip that slides on to your fuel line then enters the connector. I plan on using it anyway as it should seal to my fuel line just the same. This one really had me scratching my head. It seems no one gives much attention to detail anymore.

the quick connect did not fit on the fuel pump as it was supposed to. it was too small and we had to jury rig the piece in question so we could get the truck fixed.The package was damaged and I refused acceptance until i could confirm that both items were inside.

This product DOES NOT fit the fuel pump on a 1996 jeep grand cherokee as this site suggests.

This item worked out well and has not leaked.Although a compression union was not included, I was able to get a compatible one separately.
