confirmed fitment when ordering, installed the product to replace a functional but noisy part (did the toyota evap purge valve ticking). The new part (this one) triggered a check engine light for evap flow issues. I checked the hoses, cleared the code and gave it another shot, the code returned.I end up returning this product as doa then purchased one at NAPA, no codes present from the NAPA part.

Use to replace old valves on Toyota Sienna for EGR codes. Works. One thing to be aware on the Toyota Sienna 2004 is that you have three vacuum switching valves affecting the EGR system (and ECM error codes). One is by the air filter, another is on the top rail over the motor under the plastic top shield, and this one is at the front left (facing) the engine. If you mount any of these valves at the wrong place, you will have problems with hose diameter and mounting brackets as they were not designed to be interchangeable.Best to replace all three if your engine is throwing vague codes and you have eliminated vacuum leaks. One last place to be aware is that if your catalytic converter gaskets are shot, then you may also have the vague ECM error codes.

Had check engine light on with codes p0441 p0446 p0455. you tube has a video for these codes for a 2006 Toyota Sienna . it worked. Make sure you check gas cap and vacuum hoses before replacement of the purge valve. Also check the old purge valve to see if it holds vacuum and clicks when powered up. my old purge valve did not click when powered up.
