Needed to replace all brake lines on my 2002 2500hd diesel silverado. Did not have time to fabricate them so bought this Dorman kit. All the lines were folded with clear instructions where to straighten out shipping bends. Most of the lines fig good with only a few bend adjustments needed for perfect fit. Got all the lines installed over a weekend. Good quality fittings and flairs, only had one problem flair I had to help a little. Best to tighten, loosen, retighten a few times on each fitting to get a good seat.

919-140 was shown to fit 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 Ext Cab, long bed but nope. Had to bend the lines to get them to work. Unfortunate.

These did not fit at all had to shorten two of them and re bent another, was really disappointed

Well they are Stainless steel, They fit poorly, Ends are only single flair, Every fitting is leaking and as tight as can be, Removing them and finding other made in USA.

2002 2500hd extended cab 8' bed.....1. made flow diagram .2. Pull drivers side inner fender well.3. Cut all the lines in pieces and removed nuts with 6pts 9/16 deep socket.4. Lay out the new lines and install rear first .working off abs module top right first moving to left. Rear line Fed from real along frame to absorb. No need to drop tank.5. Bottom row is lines to master. Fed from master down to trans.I also did Russell hydraulic upgrade . Waiting for them to finish . Lines do vary a bit from factory but no need to move cab or bed or tank. Install and strip old lines took 4 hours.

This brake line set is very high quality and matched the factory lines perfectly! The only thing I would do to make installation easier is put a tag on the opposite end of each line. They are labeled on one end, but as they pass through tough to see areas it can be tough to keep track of which line is attached to what. Once you're finished, remove your added tags so they don't trap dirt or moisture!
