Easy swap in our new body style 2004 F150. Screw holes lined up nicely and the door now works great. Easier than I expected to switch the door too.

I had order the fuel door hinge from another company and when arrived it did not fit. I should had Trusted my first instinct and order from Dorman. Any way Dorman send me the correct part fit perfect took less then 10 min to install.. 100% recommended seems better the OEM part.

Fits perfect. It is much better than the OEM fuel door. The pin which the entire door rotates on is metal on this one instead of plastic like the factory. Plastic gets brittle and breaks apart.
