I searched high and low to replace the center console cover with a junkyard one. With no luck I turned to Amazon and I should have just looked on Amazon to begin with. The color was perfect. The fit was perfect. Took about 3 minutes to install. Be sure to use the screws that came with it and not the old screws from the one your removing because they are different sizes. Works well, looks like the original. Excellent quality. Very satisfied.

This console lid arrived on time and it was in great condition. It was easy to install and it looks very good in the 1999 Explorer. The replacement lid fits perfectly. My thanks to the supplier for a job well done!

Finally, I replaced my center console lid for my 2000 Ford Explorer Sport 4X4, 4.0 engine. I had a big tear on the top of my console lid. I would feel it every time I rested my arm on the console. Ouch! This fits perfectly. The tan color match is close to a perfect match. Very sturdy. Way over priced though. Removed the old one and installed this new one took about 5 minutes. Oh, and like another reviewer said...use the new screws that come with it.

Perfect fit for 2000 ford explorer eddie baur 4 door. I think the prairie tan color is on the light side but its much better than having the trashed broken oem one. Came with hardware. Just unscrew three old philips screws on bracket and insert new ones!
