Works as it should, even if it is ridiculously expensive for what it is.

First for those saying it doesn't fit, IT DOES. I have a 2003 gmc Yukon Denali by the way..Just to be sure, I recommend you remove the old one and compare the size of the hole on both. I will say it was VERY difficult to install!!!My old rod broke in half so the pieces were still attached.. taking old pieces off was not super easy but wasn't nearly as hard as installing the new one.. I saw people say it doesn't fit so I removed old pieces and I compared the socked size and they were identical. Again, it is VERY hard to install but this isn't something you want to be able to press on with 2 fingers and little effort or it will just pop off when you hit a bump.. I had to use some vice grips to install.. I opened them super wide so I could clamp on to the pivot ball on the sensor and the head of this rod, and then I clamped down hard with one hand and the rod slipped right onto the pivot ball and has very nice tight fit. It does still allow the rod to pivot on the sensor. Hope this helps someone.

Replacement, articulating sensor arm for Z55 series active (rear) suspension on a 2003 Tahoe:Absolutely zero complaints. The ball and socket does set tightly....it's best to remove the rear wheel to access.I called GM dealer looking for this part and they told me I was screwed.....no longer made. Thanks Dorman.....everything is working perfectly now....!
