To spite Amazon's insisting that this does not fit a 5 speed manual transmission, it does. I installed one on my 2004 Sorento a couple years ago and it has worked fine. I waited on the review for about 30K miles to be sure.

This is a typical high-quality Dorman product at the right price, and a perfect replacement for the KIA (OEM) bearing. Working with the driveshaft on the workbench, a universal two-jaw puller is required to remove the support bearing u-joint yoke. Removing the yoke retaining nut is quite difficult, as it is "staked" from the factory to keep it tight. I separated the front shaft from the rear shaft at the u-joint and temporarily re-installed the front shaft back into the transmission (in Park) to hold it from rotating. Then I broke the retaining nut loose using a high quality breaker bar and a short piece of pipe. Back on the bench, I replaced the support bearing. A little dressing of the threads with a thread file enabled the retaining nut to be re-installed and re-staked with a punch. A considerable amount of work, but the great price of this support bearing made it worth the effort!
