Purchased March 29, 2017. Installed by professional mechanic in April of 2017. Cable rusted through and snapped March 13, 2021. Original cable lasted from September of 2001 to March of 2017. Will pay for the AC Delco part and get more years of use for the dollar.

Bought 2016, snapped 2019. Back to AC Delco, which uses a sheath, not just a cable housing which in my case stored water. The opposite side, also Dorman, snapped when trying to unseize it within its housing. BOTH went bad within 3 seasons. OE isn't that much more.
