Cleaned the "O" Ring Slots thoroughly and was barley able to get the new rings to flush. When attempting to put the old cylinders in they jammed, tried to persuade them w/ a hammer to no avail, but did achieve locking the cylinders in place and now this is what I have.

These seals are the wrong thickness to fit dana 60 king pin axle brakes. They are close enough to press in but when you do that they are to firm to retract and cause brakes to heat up. IF THEY DONT SLIDE TOGATHER BY HAND THEY ARE TOO TIGHT.

I've read where a number of people have found the inside of a Caliper was rusted up, and decided to replace the whole caliper, as opposed to just rebuilding it.My calipers were both full of rust and contaminated fluid, but the actual operating surface in the outer sleeve area of the piston, which cleaned up to an almost mirror finish. I cleaned out the caliper housing and meticulously cleaned the seal and dust boot grooves. The bleeder valves were really tight, but removed and cleaned out nicely.If these seals seat perfectly in the groove, they will uniformly seal around the piston. As with the dust boot, which will protect the internal works of the caliper. Completely flush the hydraulic system with new fluid, and these Dorman Repair Kits could exceed the longevity of the original equipment.

I have no patience when trying to get them into my calipers. It fit but the calipers has rust inside it. Got reconditioned ones and decided to save these for the future.
