I needed to rebuild calipers for a project I have going and this kit was incomplete and also too many of one size o-ring and not enough of the other size. In a separate package (I ordered two kits) only half of the parts were there. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Beware this Dorman kit does not come with the two smaller rubber seals.

First off, I have no idea why the picture shows 4 outer dust covers (2 large 2 smaller) and only 3 of the rubber inner seals? It comes with all 4 of the inner seals despite the picture only showing 3. I wouldn’t have even ordered this had it not been for only needing 1 of the outer seals which I tore while changing brake pads.This was going to take a week to get from Amazon and my vehicle was down waiting for this part so I also ordered a set from the local Mercedes dealer to see who would get it to me first. The dealer had the part in my hand in 2 days, so the dealer was certainly faster. However, the dealer repair kit didn’t include the inner seals and was $48 ($52 with tax, no charge for shipping). The part here on Amazon is a much better deal if you can wait a week. At only a little over $11 I could have done inner and outer seals on all 4 brakes for what the dealer charged for just 1 brake set of outer only.Having a new set of OEM ones from the dealer and this new set at the same time also allowed me to do a side by side comparison of the two to see why the dealer part costs so much more. I couldn’t find any differences what so ever between this part and the OEM directly from Mercedes.The next time I do a brake job I’ll be ordering these and doing all 4 brakes whether they need replaced or not.
