The rubber looks okay to me. Easy to install on the surface but definitely the surface should be clean. The glue on the rubber is not too sticky. When you apply make sure you don't need to pull off, if you do so, not gonna work.

No matter how well you clean the area to be applied the adhesive just will not stay stuck. The product looks nice and the rubber is a quality product but the adhesive is just not good .

Bought this to seal the sunroof on a 2011 G37 sedan with leaky sunroof drains soaking the carpets in every rainstorm. I chose a warm afternoon in the eighties, with some cloud cover. Cleaned the sunroof edges and the metal surrounding the sunroof with 91% isopropyl alcohol, then used the "adhesive enhancer" pad in the package.The narrower of the two sizes looked like a good cover for the metal-rubber-glass transition, and I carefully shaped it around the rounded corners successfully with my 70 year old hands. It's not dead straight, my bad, but it doesn't jump out as something that doesn't belong there. If it leaks, I'll redo with the wider strip and use my drywall straightedge to get the long edges dead straight.Will update this in August after getting some rain to test the seal. First impression is that this is a better product than I expected. Also note that the pull-off film covering the adhesive carries 3M branding, so it's probably made to higher than generic Chinese manufacturing standards.

Like that it had 2 different sizes in package. Wish I would have realized that before I installed smaller strip. Removed and installed larger one. Works great and sticks. Sunroof sealed and car back in use!

Concept is good but implementation not so good. A little too narrow to bridge the gap between window and vehicle. Also doesn't go around corners as smoothly as the video shows.

My son lost part of his windshield trim on his Honda civic. Couldn’t find anything and tried this. Not a perfect solution but seems to work well and for the price very happy. Also my daughters jeep sunroof was leaking and this seemed to do the trick.
