I've been looking for a pannier for my new bike for a while. I wanted it to attach on the sides and have plenty of storage space. This one meets all of those requirements.My main issue (which keeps me from giving it 5-stars) is the method of attaching it to the bike rack using buckle-type straps. There are two very short straps in the front and two in the back. It takes a while to feed the end of the strap into the buckle and harder to keep it fully tightened. There are two additional straps, one on each side, that are much longer, but not long enough for my bike rack. They're as fiddly to attach and tighten, and because of the arrangement of my frame, I can only attach them at the back of the bag, so they could flop a bit in the front.I think a better system would be to use velcro, which is much easier to attach and keep tight.
