Dash kit has a black finish. ---VERY IMPORTANT---- PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE--- Wire harness only works with standard non-premium amp factory systems- Not compatible with amp systems like Bose, Infinity, etc.- Red ignition wire of the new radio has to be run separately from the vehicle radio harness (factory radio plug has no ignition power wire). Will not retain some features like chimes, steering audio controls, rear DVD audio, etc. Off sized radios might not fit properly- usually generic brand name radios. Pretty low quality. Had to be modified significantly to fit a 2007 Uplander. The side brackets don't clear the original structure at the top edge and the bezel had to be machined to fit the stereo. Not a great deal!
