Love so many things about this ladder. It folds flat, easy to store away. It has full steps, so the aging Gen Xers can be sturdy when they are on a ladder. It’s the right height for painting a home with 8ft ceilings. Great investment, no lugging my husband’s big, heavy ladder around anymore!

I'm short and cannot reach the top shelves in th kitchen making them useless. This step ladder makes it possible to reach all the shelves giving me much more storage. It's sturdy, opens and closes easily and stores in small spaces.

Very disappointed in this purchase, but am unfortunately outside the window for a return. The steps overlap each other so that your shin is firmly hitting the step above in order to balance on the step below. I'm still recovering from an injury I sustained over a month ago due to the poor design of this step ladder. Strongly do not recommend.A smaller issue, but still worth noting - this is the second step ladder I have tried from this company. I returned the first due to poor quality - it was broken INSIDE the box prior to me receiving it.I do not recommend.*UPDATE* - After seeing my negative review of the product, seller asked me to contact them to resolve the issue. I did. But instead of offering a solution to the problem, they merely wanted feedback from me regarding Amazon's shipping methods. Not impressed with either the seller or their product.

It's a little on the cheaply made side but for the money it's nice. It's lightweight which is also nice. And feels relatively sturdy even though it's made out of thin metal. Overall I really like it but I'm only 155 lb.
