How to use：
The machine applies the safety device. Only the machine plugs in and the milk shake cup installs properly, the machine can work.
Pour the beverage into the milkshake glass. The milkshake should not fill up (at least 2/3 of the milkshake)
Choose proper speed in terms of demands.(Low or high speed).

Note:
Must pull the plug when clean, maintain or move the machine.
Do not touch switch or plug with wet hand.
Do not let water flow in switch. Do not use water to flush the machine directly. Do not immerse the machine in water in case of electric shock.
Please stop use immediately and ask for professional maintenance personnel.
Do not touch rotating part with hand when the machine is working.
Do not let under age approach the machine.
The machine cannot continuously work for 5 minutes. Shall use 5 minutes then stop over 2 minutes for long time use.
Do not stir hard object with stirring shaft. Do not overstrain in crosswise in case of bending of shaft. Please contact with the local dealers if the machine excessively vibrates.

I really do not know what we are supposed to do. The item sent to us did not work/turn on and we were charged a restocking fee. I was going to reorder it, but how do I know i'm going to get a non-defective product and if it is defective, get charged another restocking fee. Hope seller makes it right with the stocking fee and I will reorder. This is crazy to me.

The item is very cheap quality. Sharp edges cut you.My employees don’t want to touch it.The seller makes it impossible to return.Amazon need to take in consideration having these sellers selling garbage though the portal.

Very slow and it doesn’t mix all the way down to the bottom of the cup, you have to finish it on your own. Waste of time in a fast pace environment

Very unpleasead with this purchase. When using the machine it smells like something is burning. When I tried to return the product they were charging me over half of what I paid for the product to return it, even though I pay for Amazon prime. Over all not happy at all with this purchase. Do not recommend.
