- Remove The Valve Cover From The Inner Dual Wheel. Take The Main Extension Tube And Thread It Through The Outer Hub, Aligning Our Valve Clasp.
- By Turning The Tube At The Front We Can Screw It On. When We Screw It On We Can Hear The Sound Of Air Leaking A Little Bit, Continue To Turn And Hear The Sound Of Sealing, And Then Disappear.
- We Start To Install The Bracket, First, Determine The Exact Position Of The Bracket, If The Hubcap Is In The Way, We Have To Remove It. Keep The Mount In The Proper Position.
- Determine The Exact Location Of The Bracket And Then Mark It Well.
- Then Use A Drill Bit And Drill The Two Holes In Place.
- Cut The Bracket To The Right Size, Drill The Holes, Put The Bracket On It, And Fix It With Rivets.
- Then We Put The Hubcap Back On The Wheel And Adjust It To The Proper Position. 8.Now Place Our Extension Valve Tube Directly Through The Bracket And Secure The Nut With A Wrench.

- Spray Some Soapy Water On The Location Where Our Extensions Are Attached To The Inner Tube. Just Take A Few Minutes To Check. Make Sure There Are No Small Bubbles Forming Then. Do The Same Procedure For The Other Side. Make Sure Your Extension Kit Does Not Leak Air.
- No bubbles appear and the installation is complete. If air bubbles appear, retighten the connection nut to ensure no air leakage.

Installed this kit on an E450 Class C RV. Install was not too difficult , took about 45 minutes. They seem to be well constructed, and sturdy. I have only had them on for a week, but so far no problems. They make airing up the tires very easy. I put my TPMS sensors on them, and they are working fine. I hope they hold up for a long time.

Purchased these for my 2022 F450. I can assure you they absolutely will not fit without modifying the little bracket as well as cutting a bigger hole on the hub cap. I had 3 friends with a vast knowledge of mechanics and working on vehicles that all agreed no possible way would fit as shipped.... To be specific we had to use a cutting wheel and cut the thickness of the bracket on the hub cap for them to fit. There are holes in the hubcap used to pop it off but the bracket DOES NOT FIT.... After modifying they fit and work perfectly I can confirm.

One of the angled adapters separated as soon air was applied. The tire shop used straight adapters so I couldn't return them.
