The item I received didn't have removable slots to adjust the size of the compartments, which I was counting on. If you are expecting that, then this isn't the product for you.It's nice sturdy plastic so if adjustable size isn't a necessary function for you, this would be a good option.

This plastic storage case is excellent not only for thread, but for many of my other odd and ends for repairs and crafts. I really like the double sided storage. There's room to organize so many items. The grooved cutouts make it easy to grab items out of the compartments. Easy open and easy close. Who doesn't need this?

I love being able to see the actual thread color and amount left on the roll. So much better than a traditional sewing box. this is really study and well built and easy to carry around.

I purchased mine in the 48 adjustable grid version. based on others reviews, some of the product specs (like the opacity of the material).I understand that some of the walls cannot be removed, but I could not find the cell dimensions for the 48 cell version. and in that configuration, there are 2 basic cell sizes (the latching takes a small bite out of the corner of 8 cells, and I am ignoring that minor loss). And the entire grid system can be removed. Interior space is 12.5" long, 9.5" wide and 1.5" deep. The cells are configured into 3 rows of 8 cells. Each cell is 1.5" wide. The middle 8 cells are 2.5" long. The 2 rows on either side are 3.5" long.If you remove a divider, it makes the cell wider, not longer.I marked my review down for a single reason, and that is the latches. While I have had the box only a few days, I find the latches :1) hard to get latched tightly.2) most likely to break a nail when trying to open it.

Box that easily opens on both sides. I like that I can see through both sides. Light weight with a handle. Affordable price. I have several which I put sewing thread or embroidery thread inside. Great if you have limited space. Happy with this storage solution.

Such a great case to organize just about any small items you have. Lots of slots with a few larger ones to store other items. It closes easily and stands well so you can store it standing up (using handle, I like that) . My only complaint is that if the items you are organizing are very small, the slats that divide the sections don't sit flush to the lid, so smaller items shift around when moving the case. Also, after I organized all my items, i noticed that one of the plastic nubs that closes the lid broke off - it still closes fine and it doesn't seem like the lid is compromised, but who knows when/if I might lose another.

My thread stash has been getting a bit unruly so I decided to buy this since it's quite spacious. Great value for money, stores a lot and easy to pull out whenever I need it.

Great price and quality! I purchased it for organizing my fishing tools and it fits perfectly for my purpose. Many cheap plastic tool box has some design flaws but it is even better than my old one. I can use this space flexibly by placing or removing separators. Really easy to play. It has a triangular profile at both ends of those transparent walls and it helps the wall stand tight. All of the separator have same height and there is no gap between the lid and top of the walls. Every part feels solid and there is no loose element. I like its quality and thoughtful designs for multiple purposes.

With the box size smaller than a piece of paper this is a nice versatile box to have. They come with lots of individual dividers to use. I used them to organize all of my sewing stuff that was getting messy. I could fit almost every little fastener, zipper, bobbin, etc inside with ease! I like that they came in a 2 pack but they are different colors so I can easily tell the difference between the two. Overall I’m really happy with these and they are doing their job!

I love this nifty organizer box! It has 2 sturdy latches to prevent it from opening by accident and the boxes seem to be made of a thick sturdy plastic. The sides are made of matte plastic while the top is a clear type for easy see-through. It's especially handy how I can customize the width of each section by placing the plastic panels wherever I want. The plastic panels have these tab things at the side to keep them in place so I had to push the panels into the box - they do not wobble around at all and notch marks at the top for a better grip which is handy in case my hands get slippery. All in all, I have no complaints about these boxes, they're well-made and well-designed. I'll probably quickly fill these up with my beads so I'll get more for my sewing/art/etc supplies soon!
