These sticky inserts are going to give you lift and make you look larger (easily made me look two cups bigger). Stick them to the inside of your sports bra (or whatever you are wearing), lift the breast in place and you’re done. They didn’t move and are comfortable to wear. Also, they don’t hurt coming off. I did not try the tiny pasties.

I am so impressed with this product! After having my son one year ago, my tata's haven't been the same. I was attending a wedding and needed a little something to give the girls a boost and this set worked perfectly! I am a size D so I ordered the L size and they were perfect. I popped them into my bra and had the most amazing lift. They were also breathable and comfortable all night. Would definitely recommend!
