My husband got me this dough mixer for Mother’s Day. I make homemade bread every week and used to rely on my stand mixer and this machine has now replaced it. The bowl is the perfect size for larger batches and their is ferment function so no more transferring dough between bowls.

Loving it so far. We’ve used it several times already for sourdough bread and we’ve made some other delicious recipes. It’s super simple to use and clean up and even easier. It’s a lot healthier than the stuff they sell at the store that is supposed to be bread.

Well we decided to buy this product after reading the reviews, HUGE MISTAKE. We have a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer which we use weekly to make pizza dough, then a hoagie rolls or a bread every once in a while, the dough always is consistence. So when we purchased this unit. It arrived today and as soon as it arrived and we checked it out and read the instructions. My pizza dough recipe which I have fined tuned so I know what it should be, so added the ingredients to the bowl and proceeded to let the machine do its thing. The preset 15 minutes for kneading/mixing the dough would work, well after 15 minutes the dough was NOT coming together. It was soft very sticky and not forming a dough ball as it should, please keep in mind the same amount of flour, water, yeast etc and this just didn't do it.I ran it for another 15 minutes and even added more flour it was a still terrible dough. So after trying all the features, and it was cleaned and packaged back up and going back. The quality of the machine is very good, however it NO WAY compares to a mixer with a dough hook, and if you have a proven recipe you shouldn't have to adjust it to use this dough machine. Just doesn't work the way it says it does, it doesn't knead the dough hard enough to bring out the glutens and make a useable pizza dough. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Just doesn't do it.
