I liked the quality of the leather and also the length of the chain. The chain is long enough to use it correctly with the halter. This is allows for better control without injury to the horse.

I have always heard good things about Dover but really was not impressed with this order. The leather seemed cheap to me. Plastic/leather.

I ordered, or believe I ordered the leather lead with a brass snap. I recieved a leather lead with a brass chain. The color is a bit darker than I had hoped for but is brown. Does not match weaver brand leather halterst well. Over all good quality product, just not what I intended to recieve.
