I switched out my old chair for this one and so far, it’s been a good upgrade. The fabric feels soft and nice, the seat has just enough padding to stay comfortable. The footrest comes in handy when I want to lean back and take a short break, it slides out easily and feels steady.I’ve tried the massage and heat settings a few times during breaks. They’re simple to use and add a bit of extra comfort when sitting for longer periods. Overall, it fits well in my workspace and feels good for everyday use. It’s been a comfortable addition to my setup.

I'll have to keep looking for a new chair.First the massager/lumbar was so large it was uncomfortable. No heat that I can tell. Took the lumbar/massager off and now the middle back has a something stiff and it is super uncomfortable and will not last long sitting in it.Reclining is controlled by the lever. I wish it would have a strong spring so I can actively sit back a little without locking into place.Look good and was easy to assemble, but that does not overcome it's short falls.

First impression beautiful chair. 12 hours later I'm kicking myself.1. The back is too short for me. Im 6'3" 280lbs. There is an important mesurement that was left out of the advertising. A "seat top to, top of shoulder hight." Is a more accurate reprisentation of product. Instead of measuring the entire chair backing.2. The massage lumbar suport is a joke. I hope its just a stepping off point for this company. They really need to R&D the lumbar suport.3. Are rests need work also. The hight is of the armrest is about 3 inches to short for me so I endup slouching.4. No rocking feature.5. Wheels are hard plastic. Using a rollerblading wheel to step up your rolling game. Its an issue. With all that aside, if you're not too tall it should work for ya. I'd say 6 feet and under for this one

The craftsmanship is pretty nice. It took me a bit of time to put it together by myself, but once it was all set up, I ended up really liking it. It’s comfortable to sit on and lean back against, soft but doesn’t sink too much. The overall look is simple and not too flashy, so it works for anyone and doesn’t look out of place in a study or reading room.

This is a gaming chair with a massage pad on the waist. I feel very comfortable sitting on it. The backrest can be adjusted, and the lumbar support and headrest fit very well, so you won't have back pain even if you sit for a long time. The appearance is also very cool, and it looks very fashionable in the room.

As a person who works in the office and plays games at night, My brother usually sits in front of the computer for seven or eight hours. This chair perfectly supports his sitting posture and weight. He said it is much more comfortable than his previous office chair. The massage lumbar pillow on the backrest has slight vibrations and can be used by plugging in a USB. My brother likes this gift I gave him very much.
