We ordered this item for our daughter for Christmas. It arrived in the box with a broken mirror. We have sent multiple messages to customer support, and although they have sent a replacement piece for the mirror the replacement does not work. The lights on the mirror do not work. It takes multiple email follow ups to receive a response, and I am currently waiting on Day 8 for a response from my initial email sent. I send daily follow ups and still have not received a replacement part or response on replacement or a refund.

Looks great in my daughters’ room. I’m not very handy, but I was able to assemble in about 90 minutes or so, and the directions were pretty clear. It’s sturdy and nice looking. Great product for the price!

This vanity is perfect for small spaces that still need storage! It looks great and holds a lot of products. Assembly takes about an hour and is easy to do following the directions. My only complaint is the shelf under the mirror and the height of the stool make it a little hard for my daughter to see a full view of herself. She can see her face but would like it better if the stool was slightly taller.One thing to note, the touch button for the light is a little finicky. It works fine now but I worry if that may become an issue down the road. It would have also been nice if it was not dead center of the mirror since you can see it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is poorly made, holes didn’t line up and had to make my adjustments. I don’t recommend this set

My granddaughter loved this vanity. My daughter told me it only took her and her boyfriend about an hour to put together. There is an electric outlet on one side of it to plug in hair dryer or other tools. Lots of storage both in the vanity and in the stool. Great buy!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. Although it did take a few hours to put together, the instructions were clear and it was easy to assemble. She has had it 4 days now & has only gotten up from the vanity to eat, sleep, & go to the bathroom.
