Part worked great. This is how the box showed up. Pretty sure this was from shipper and not the guy that delivered it. He was great

Does its job and the hose connections don’t break off, which is a nice feature.

The sensor looks like the original but after drive for a few miles the po401 code comes back. The rest of my egr system works great, so I sent this sensor back and got a replacement but once installed I had the same problem. I monitored it with my scan tool and noticed the sensor was reading 4.8v at an idle, which is close to the max reading this sensor puts out. I installed a motor raft sensor and the voltage reading dropped to 1.02v and under acceleration when the computer opens the EGR valve the voltage jumps to 1.34volts these are normal readings and the truck is running great now with no check engine light. I started the return of the second sensor yesterday. Buy a motorcraft. PS the motorcraft sensors are vented by the back cover and this one is not so the sensor condensates and fouls up the reading from water.
