The item is great, connects easy, lets you know when the battery is low, and the temperature is 1-2 degrees from what the weather app shows. We bought additional ones to check temp of the garage and the attic. The thing that sucks is the instructions. It's unclear which model number to buy for the clock we have. That's the only issue, once we had the right one, it worked right out of the box.

Connected first try as second sensor to my Dr Prepare projection clock. Plan on getting another for the 3rd sensor.

1 star ratings for brightness, easy to read, and accuracy are meaningless as would be 5 stars because none of those characteristics are properties of the sensor. This sensor was supposed to proved 3 data channels for remote sensing of outside temperature to display on the Dr. Prepare clock and weatherstation. Dr Prepare Clock, etc has 3 channels but only came with one sensor. Hence I ordered a 3 channel sensor from the same company, but alas none of the channels set a signal that could be picked up by the base station. I was not much surprised by the incompatibility, but thought that ordering from the same company I might get lucky and received something that worked. Obviously Dr. Prepare does not have devices that interconnect.
