I don’t understand how they work, but they work. I have a pair of shoes that are supposed to be my size and feel comfortable, but walking around in them gave me a blister on my heel almost immediately, every time I wore them. I didn’t even know blister socks were thing but I found these somehow and ordered them and they’re fairly thick. They seem a little large for my shoe size which is about a 9 1/2. But they keep the shoes from giving me a blister. I haven’t walked miles and miles in them or anything but so far I’ve tried them out twice and walked farther than I ever had before in the shoes and no blisters. It is seriously magic.

I love these socks. They are very soft and comfortable. I have trouble with my feet blistering and these socks do seem to help cut down on friction. I will be ordering more

I am constantly getting blisters on the tops and sides of my toes when walking any distance further than a few blocks. These socks are a great protection layer and do wick any moisture. The socks are not a tight weave so can get a little stretched out after a few hours of wear and not as warm as a wool sock would be in cold weather.

They are soft and cushiony but are too big like others are saying. I wear 8.5 to 9 and they go way past my heel. I wouldn't buy unless you are closer to the 12. Bummer usually I can wear socks labeled 8 to 12.

I had previously ordered Dr. Scholl's circulatory socks that were completely black. They look just like the ones in the picture Amazon has posted for this product. I love them, but the store I bought them from does not carry them any more. Luckily, I was able to find them on Amazon or so I thought. The socks I received were black with gray. The gray on the heel shows above the shoe line a lot. I wear straight leg pants so the gray is easily seen. These socks are thick due to the targeted cushioning for reducing blister-causing friction. I have purchased extended size socks before, but this product runs a bit larger than the other extended size socks I have purchased. In summary, I could not wear these socks with my casual dress shoes as I can with my other Dr. Scholl's circulatory socks which match the picture Amazon has posted for this product. If you don't care about the gray showing above the heel or mind the thickness of the sock, you may enjoy this product. I am posting pictures so you can see what the actual product looks like.
