I'm 5'5"-245lbs voluptuous mermaid shape. Big bottom. These fit very comfortable with good hold on my thick thighs and hold up amazing. I got these for post surgical support along with post partum ice pads. They hug you and don't pinch inner thighs. The big ice pads stay in place. Very satisfied and highly recommend these.

These were amazing for my postpartum journey! Super comfortable, very stretchy and easy to put on even when you’re sore. I was able to have the big pads and even ice packs in these and it was still extremely comfortable. Will definitely get these again if I have another baby!

i bought these for at home after giving birth. the ones from the hospital are just so thin, i didn’t want to rely on those.these have good stretch to them but also gives some compression, which i appreciated. they fit pretty well around my belly. they stretched pretty well without ripping also. only time i had one rip was when i tried to put it on too soon after a shower, so they kind of got stuck.the only negative i have is they were tight around my thighs. i cut slits on the sides to help them fit a little better. that could just be a personal experience based on how my body is built. but figured i would still include in review for any other thicker girls.

Highly recommend for postpartum women. Strong enough to stay in place by itself, comfortable and high waisted. Other disposable underwear I’ve purchased tended to fall down or the waist wasn’t tall enough to do any good. This one stayed in place and was really comfortable.
