Comparable to the Oem drum but at a much cheaper price. The upper pic is the oem on top , while this generic one is on the bottom (some differences that doesnt seem to prevent printing good pages of what is needed). 3rd pic is of a print of a pic compared to the original ... very acceptable when installed with a toner from the same generic company(toner cartridge not included but needed to be married to the drum for operation). I would do this purchase again to save money on my Brother ink jet printer needs.

These came packaged extremely well, and the plastic was not flimsy or thin. They seemed to match up very closely with the OEM drum, aside from the drum color itself. Hopefully this drum lasts awhile, but so far so good with a few test prints.

They send two and that's a good thing. I needed a drum and toner and I ordered both. I have to be clear that when I say that one worked and one didn't, it could easily be that the spilled toner messed up the drum and that both drums were fine. I don't know, but I now have a working printer and that's good. They pop right in, the toner fit is a little tight, but that is normal for a new drum with new toner. The print quality is like new and the value for the money to me is that if one doesn't work for any reason, you have the second one. If the first one works then you have a backup. Would I make this purchase again? Yes

I have two brother printers that take the same size drum and toner. My first one was at home and has the fax, copier, and scanner components as well. I wanted one in my classroom so I didn't have to go to the office every time I printed something, so I made sure I got a Brother printer that uses the same toner (and therefore same print drum). I am so glad that I did. These Brother printers are awesome, and I never use the name brand replacement toners or drums, and have had no problems at all with any of them, including this drum replacement. I loved that this was a 2-pack, so I won't have to wait to get a new one like I did this time. It makes it more economical as well. It fit perfect, and was easy to switch out. I just had to google to see how to reset the button that was lit up to indicate I needed to do something. (I just had to turn the printer off and then back on. Duh!)

My Brother HL-L2320D laser printer was printing pale pages. After having difficulty with its replacement giving false "low toner" error messages, I gave this one a try.This laser printer drum prints well, and gives no errors. After installing in an HL-L2320D, be sure to reset the drum page counter to prevent drum error messages from appearing, and print a status report to confirm all is OK. These instructions apply specifically to the HL-L2320D, and may not apply to other printers:1. Power on the printer2. Open the front cover3. Press the "Go" button until all the lights start flashing (about 4 seconds)4. Release the "Go" button and close the front cover5. Press the "Go" button quickly 3 times in a row to print the printer’s status report and confirm that the life of the drum has been reset to 100%.I will report back if I have any problems with this drum, but so far I'm completely satisfied. They are great value for the price.

My Brother laser printer recently started printing pages with gray shading, turning the pages from white background to an ugly gray mess. Nothing I tried worked in getting rid of the gray - settings, new toner cartridge, different paper, I tried it all. An online post stated my drum unit was probably the problem, so I ordered this, expecting one drum unit Two are included, just as shown. Installation was simple - just pull out the drum/toner tray, release and remove the toner from the old drum unit, and place in the new one. I reinstalled the drum/toner unit and printed a test page using the system print dialog. Clear, crisp print, no flaws at all! Couldn't be easier. So if you have the same issue, get these drum units - I've printed about 40 sheets through the printer so far, and this drum unit is still perfect. What a bargain for TWO drum units!
