As with all hive books it is a fast paced one, but at times author too much liberty in his world of fiction... If you want to play along without any questions this tirns out to be a good one.

My daughter and I both enjoy reading these books. The idea that a group of super villains actually ends up doing more good for the world, rather than evil, is a fun one to explore.

There were really interesting parts in the book, meanwhile there are really boring parts in the book. Read this book

This books gives you a few answers, but ultimately leaves you with a lot more questions! In a good way though.Basically Wing learns of his fathers death, so he and Otto are given special permission to go to the funeral. That's when someone tries to kill Otto. Someone as powerful as Number One. They want to gain supremacy and the only way they can do that is with H.I.V.E.'s main computer. With the peace and security of H.I.V.E. Threatened. Otto must do everything he can to try and save it.I have to say this book is one of my favourites In the series. A powerful baddy, but even more powerful good baddies! Exciting, gripping, keeps your wondering. And only answers some of your questions at the end!! What more could you want. As I've already said it answers some questions but gives even more to be answered that we only get to find out later in the series. So there's a great excuse to read all the books. Everyone hates unanswered questions!A good read. Recommended.

even better than the last one,the suspense in the last few chapters is amazing.the one thing wrong with the book is that the back from the dead concept is overused.the last paragraph will make everyone want to yell every curse word they know.hint,I really hate hope.again, bravo to Mark, and keep writing more books.

This is one of the best series I have ever read, they just get better and better, think James Bond but if he were at school learning to be a villian instead meets mallory towers, all the innocence of a kids book where the kids can be the heros but in a modern and up to date setting. I am 30 and i have read the whole set and the new one due out in 2013 is on pre order and I am counting down! I often find kids books better than adult ones as i enjoy the innocence of them compared to adult books i would rather it be about the adventure of the story.these books are fast paced and utterly addictve

Wow Mark, you've done an amazing job with this series! I just couldn't put it down. These are by far the best books that I've read. I can't wait to see what five and six will be like. after reading thier descriptions, I'd say that they sound even more entreging than the last. Keep up the good work!

After reading the previous three H.I.V.E books, I didn't think Mark Walden would be able to come up with any interesting and original ideas, how I was wrong.Dreadnought offers a new exciting storyline, along with 1 more main character with a familiar ancestor. In this book, the students take a "school Trip" to the artic, but on their way there they need to drop Dr. Nero off at the new ship the Dreadnought, and after that things start to go terribly wrong, so the students along with Raven and Dr. Nero need to free the captured Diabulous Darkdoom, in an excellent new H.I.V.E adventure.Highly recommended.
