No LED light at the bottom to see the dirt it’s picking up I’m already kinda disappointed but don’t wanna rate it yet because I haven’t tried it long enough

My old floor washer broke, so I was looking for a new one and came across this 2-in-1 vacuum mop. It’s compact, easy to store, and cordless — way more convenient for my wife compared to our old corded Dyson Ball.The suction isn’t super strong, probably around the level of a Dyson V8, but since we don’t have pets, it does the job just fine. The mopping function works pretty well too, especially on our tile floors without any gaps.One thing I really liked was the packaging — it had the assembly instructions printed right on the box, which is great for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy flipping through manuals. It also has a self-cleaning feature that makes maintenance easier. Feels like a solid option for everyday cleaning, without breaking the bank.

Amo este producto! Afortunadamente de que lo compré en un super buen precio, es muy facil, practica de usar, puedes aspirar solo en seco o humedo y seco al mismo tiempo, yo que tengo 2 perritos y 2 gatitos, me ha facilitado el no tener que aspirar primero y luego trapear, con esta lo hago al mismo tiempo, puedo aspirar los derrames de agua que hacen y todas las bolas de pelo que encuentro en el camino y con la parte de solo seco, aspiro mi cama, sillones, el auto, todo sin cables. Deberian de hacer una igual pero que le dure mas la bateria, me dura aprox 1 hora pero con eso es mas que suficiente, aaah y lo mejor que se limpia sola, yo solo tengo que desechar lo del bote de agua sucia y es todo.

The Dreame H12 Dual exceeded my expectations! The packaging was very premium and well-designed, which gave a great first impression. It's super convenient to use – vacuuming, mopping, and self-cleaning all in one step. Works great on multiple surfaces, and the cleaning power is impressive. I especially love the 30-minute hot air drying feature – no more worrying about a damp, smelly brush. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Great value and very user-friendly!

I am estatic with this purchase! It easily vacuums and mops at the same time on my lvp/tile floors.The best part is that you can also attach the vacuum only piece and vacuum without mopping. Or attach the suction attachment to clean the couch crevices or a quick mess when my toddler drops half his lunch on the floor!It does self clean and self dry with the push of a button.It really is an all for the price of one product.Before I found this I had purchased the Tineco Floor One S5 Pro 2. It was great as well but you were only able to get close to the baseboards on one side of the Tineco due to only having one flush side.The Dreamtech is flush on both sides so I’m able to effectively clean by my baseboards without having to do alot of extra maneuvering.No more getting out the vacuum, and then getting out the mop and then putting all that stuff away. You can get it all done with one product. It’s so efficient and saves me so much time!

*The look is beautiful! The storage is great and easy to use throughout the home. Sadly it dosn't pass that!*Suction is very weak! Can't even use on very low carpet and usually find myself going over the tile multiple times also.*The self clean either just doesn't clean well or has no pressure to clean it? Always smells so bad even though I wash after every use despite the self clean capabilities.*Not good for pet hair or kids crumbs. Just an overall bad product sadly.*I advise not to purchase and save your money for a different brand or product.EDIT TO ADD: As I was not fond of the original purchase the company did reach out and send me the next up model but I still don't see the cost worth ratio working out. Suction was better slightly but otherwise it was all still the same. Looks great and does work just not for a home with 4 kids and 3 dogs. I do appreciate the dedication with the company to send another for free and quickly after my dislike for the first purchase. That gives more points than the product.

Manufacturer and customer service is nonexistent when their product breaks down and stops working after only six months of light use.I bought this mop a year ago, it stayed in the box for six months untouched. When I do use it, I clean it out and dry it every time. Fast forward to the year minus one day, the vacuum decides to lose suction and mix up its “verbal declarations.” Turn it off, and it says, “Self Cleaning Started,” turn it on, and it says, “Suction Mode.”Cool…Surely the manufacturer will stand by their product and issue a refund or send out a new device… WRONG!This company wants me to ship the entire unit back to them (ON MY PACKAGING DIME) for a “diagnostic investigation.”A WHAT? I sent them pictures and a video of the unit leaking dirty water all over my floor… surely you can tell it’s not working properly- and I’m not doing that! Why should I be inconvenienced because your $600 vacuum isn’t worth a nickel?BOTTOM LINE: BUYER BEWARE- Save yourself the headache and coin and just get a lil Bissel Crosswave***Don’t be fooled by the shiny, shouting, and hyper people on Instagram shilling this thing out.Why? Because when their units break down, they send them new ones, I know because the same thing happened to the woman I was introduced to this product by, and guess what, they sent her a new one, go figure. I should have known then.
