The flisk whisk is the whisk you want.It’s durable, easy to use, and easy to store. I’ve had mine for a year and no issues! This one was a gift for Christmas. It actually makes you excited and happy you got a whisk for Christmas. Would recommend

I love having this as a 2 in 1. Scrapper and whisk!!! It's amazing!!! Stores so nice and flat, no more bulking whisk taking up space!!! The scrapper is nice to have so I don't have to pull a spatula out and get another dish dirty. Very smart!!!

The listing wasn’t great as I was wondering if there’s going to get food in the inner handle. I went ahead and purchased as it was on sale for $13+.So here are the pictures for the Flisk comparing to my old version (discontinued) Joseph Joseph Twist Whisk which could be taken apart.I’m not sure how many washes will the clear silicone type imbedded in between in the middle of the whisk could hold well to keep food out. Also the handle twist part isn’t removable and may get food in between. Waiting for the water to dry in between the plastic handle was the major flaw for this. Anyone know? Please write a review.My Joseph Joseph whisk’s silicone has cuts and can’t be repaired or replace since the company discontinued the older version.

It is on the larger side but I chose it because I only wanted one in the kitchen, small space so I am selective in my purchases for it. I really like this one being able to open and close it means it is easy to store, clean, and use. If something was to ever happen to it, I would replace it with this exact one again.

This is just cool! I watched the short product vid that showed how easy it was to remove food after mixing with this whisk. With a regular round whisk, it can be challenging to get clumps (of dough, for instance) out from between the wires. When this is collapsed, so is the problem!I was looking for a flat whisk for special cooking tasks and I have to admit this is a compromise. But I think it will be "ok" for that and it's very cool for its versatility and the way it can store in limited space.Nice idea and good quality execution of that idea.
