We like the look of the door but the purchase process has been a challenge. We ordered early April and when delivered mid April, the box was badly damaged and a side rail was missing. We called to get the part and two weeks later the wrong part shows up. We call back and ask for them to send the right part…2 weeks later it arrives. We begin assembly. Everything went well - first door went on smoothly. Second door as we lined it up with the rollers to screw it together, the door completely shatters in a million pieces which damages the bottom rail. Luckily no one was seriously injured. Sent an email to customer service 3 business days ago asking how much a door glass replacement would be and haven’t heard back yet. Unfortunately, this has not been an enjoyable experience!
