My son was looking forward to getting this toy, the dragon is great, but unfortunately the boy was broken upon delivery. Seems very flimsy.

Action figures from movies should inspire creative play. Toothless and Hiccup are ready to go on adventures with this set. The articulating joints are well-designed and feel like they'll survive play. The little pegs on Toothless' saddle fit into holes on Hiccup's legs to keep him securely onboard. I did accidentally pop off Hiccup's leg when putting him on the saddle at first, but it popped right back on its socket with no harm done. The wings on Toothless are the absolute best part of this set. They are soft and bendable. They were exactly the right detail to focus on when building this toy. The paint looks fantastic, especially on Toothless' eyes. They really captured the magic of them. From what I've seen of the movie trailer, the Hiccup figure looks pretty close. The figure looks good, even if it's not a perfect replica of the actor playing him. There's no uncanny valley weirdness going on, which is always a win. This is a solid toy for fans of the franchise. The adventure doesn't have to stop when the movie ends.

Hiccups legs DO NOT STAY ON all. And no it's not a feature neither leg stays on. Same with Astrid. So much frustration. Toothless himself is great. Great wing feel. But the hiccup and Astrid dolls are astonishingly bad quality. Not only do the legs not stay on, they even stop attaching on the first day. Hard to even get them out of the box with their legs on, not matter how careful you are.

Very good but hiccup is a bit too small and very fragile. Toothless is very solid with articulation and details

This Toothless and Hiccup figure set brings a piece of How to Train Your Dragon magic into the hands of young fans. With a beautifully designed dragon and a child-friendly size, it’s a great addition to any playroom adventure.Toothless – A Standout Star:The real highlight of this set is undoubtedly Toothless. The model is well-sized for little hands, making it easy for kids to swoop him through the air, dive into battle, or recreate iconic flight scenes from the movies. Some basic assembly is required, but it’s straightforward and quick to get everything in place. The dragon also features basic articulation, with movable parts that enhance play without being overly complex. What really adds a nice touch is the textured wings, which don’t just look good—they also feel surprisingly accurate to how you’d imagine a Night Fury’s wings might feel. It’s a small but thoughtful detail that elevates the overall quality.Hiccup – Room for Improvement:Unfortunately, the Hiccup figure doesn’t quite match the bar set by Toothless. While functional for play, he feels generic in appearance and lacks the recognisable features or finer detail that fans of the film would expect. It’s a bit of a let-down, especially when paired with such a well-crafted dragon.Pros:✔️ Well-detailed and sturdy Toothless figure✔️ Ideal size for small hands and active play✔️ Basic movement adds to imaginative storytelling✔️ Textured wings add a unique and realistic feel✔️ Encourages both film-based and open-ended playCons:➖ Hiccup figure lacks character accuracy and detail➖ Some minor assembly required (though easy)Final Verdict:This Toothless and Hiccup set is a great toy for kids who love the How to Train Your Dragon world. Toothless is impressively made, engaging to play with, and thoughtfully designed. While Hiccup doesn’t quite live up to the same standard, the overall set still offers a lot of value for the price and delivers plenty of play potential.Perfect for little dragon riders in the making.

The detail in this figure is fantastic. I'm a big Dragon collector so had to get one of Toothless. Great quality.

My 10 year old is obsessed with HTTYD right now, so we got her these little figurines. They are a pretty good size, great detail, and have a good feel to them. She loves them enough that she asked me to leave a review (something we never do).

This isn’t a terribly expensive action figure but I also think it isn’t a terribly great one. The best part about it is the feel of the wings that they advertise. You are supposed to insert part of the tail in once you buy it and it’s difficult to insert. The flexible pieces bend. The same with trying to put the rider on top. There are holes in his thighs you align and pop in. And there’s no real secure “pop”. Just shoving the peg into the hole. The riders legs keep falling off. The details do look nice and it’s painted I just think something more solid with less interactive parts wouldn’t have been so disappointing. My kid is constantly whining about how it’s broken and I keep fixing it for 2 seconds at a time.

Oh boy does this take back memories. The figure is great and is bringing back nostalgia from 2010 when httyd first came out. This figure and or figures* are great, packed with great sculpting and detail. I'm surprised by how much I like the Hiccup in this pack!
