QUIET!!After an extensive rabbit hole search for the best bang for our modest pensions. We settled on this unit. Settling on this $500 unit as an investment for years to come. After our apartment complex management no longer allowed window units but require portable units that have a zero clearance on the outside of the exterior windows.We ordered this months before it was actually needed. May 1st was our first 80+ day. So here are the facts.Arrived promptly. Packaged 10 out of 10.Easy to unpack. Directions are clear and easy to follow. Took maybe 20 minutes to set up. Remote is really easy to use and senior friendly. Display on unit is easy to see and understand.The space is staying a very comfortable 75° by choice.This Unit is cooling, Aprox... 400sq ft. area.Living, Dining, kitchen, entry combined open floorplan. Long wide hallway that leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We keep those doors open to those areas during the day. These spaces are not as cool as main area but not blistering hot either.We have this Unit in the dining room farthest from the living room. Everything in this shared space is at a comfortable temperature. Unit is considerably quieter than the one it replaced. We've really enjoyed the fact that it is like a mellow white noise in the background.Our apartment is a 60's build apartment with very high raw timber ceilngs with little to no insulation. We typically keep the drapes closed in the winter to reduce draft from windows and equally closed during the hottest part of summer. Bedrooms have their own individual units that run in the evening with doors closed when needed.This unit will run on auto, economy at 80° during night time when common living area is not in use.

I received my unit about 2 weeks ago. I read all the reviews good and bad and here’s my take. I live in a 35 foot RV in Florida (it’s HOT). This unit cools my entire Rv. The noise level is less than a window unit and while the display is bright, it’s not bright enough to keep me awake. As of right now, I’m extremely pleased with this purchase. While it is pretty heavy, it was super easy to set up and immediately dropped the temperature by 10 degrees within 15 minutes. I would recommend this unit to anyone who needs a portable unit.*additional edit* I’ve seen some reviews where people complain that it switches modes on its own. We keep ours set on high as it is intended to cool a larger area. However, when that temp has been reached, the unit will switch to low until the area starts to warm up again. Then it will switch back to high.

My honest review.. I normally don't leave any reviews.. I purchased this because i play video games and I truly get hot. My room itself will get extremely hot with my PC and i've had days of my room getting up to 80-86 degrees. I'll admit that temp is horrible to game in. I purchased this in hopes that it would truly help. I received my order a few days ago and have ran it throughout each night. I also ran it while I was off work today and played video games. This fan is so amazing! It blows ICE cold air. I run super hot and have never been frozen until now. Not only is it comfortable as heck to game for as long as I like. But sleeping is sooooooooo amazing now! I keep the AC on fan level 1 and can sleep peacefully all night long. I am shocked that something was finally able to cool my room down completely while I game. While gaming today and it being hot outside. My room stayed as a comfortable 72 degrees with the AC being set to 73. The AC also doesn't run 24/7. It only runs when it detects the temp going up and then will turn off which is amazing. The app is also flawless on the phone. Installation was pretty simple, the Remote control is perfect if you don't want the app, however the app is way quicker. For what I paid, I can say it was worth every single penny. I may update this review in the coming months to update whether i still love it or if i have any issues

I have only had my air conditioner for two months and it has been working wonderfully! I have not had any issues at all with this air conditioner! Recently, we have had a lightning storm, and I had an electrical power surge, causing the outlet to burn the plug on my air conditioner. I was so upset and scared because I had just purchased this air conditioner and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I did some research and activated my warranty. I replaced the outlet that burnt and noticed the Cord to the air conditioner was burnt, and the plastic around the prongs was slightly melted. I had my fingers In hopes that I was still able to use my air conditioner. With the new outlet, I plugged in my AC and turned it on. The AC worked perfectly! The only issue was after three minutes of running, I started to smell burning. I thought that maybe it was OK for a slight hint of burning since it is a new outlet. I kept the air conditioner plugged in for another two minutes and the burning smell kept getting intense. In fear of an electrical fire, I shut off the breaker and turned off the air conditioner, Unplugging it. I wasn’t sure if it was the air conditioner or if it was the outlet. We checked the outlet and everything was good so I decided to try other appliances. The other appliances that outlet did not produce a smell and they continue to work as they should so I came to the conclusion that it was the air conditioner. I Quickly contacted customer service, And less than 24 hours, I had a response. DREO Customer service was absolutely astounding! I spoke with Tina About my situation situation and they are replacing the air conditioner! I am overjoyed with a quick response because of these high temperatures. I do not have central AC and we only have one other portable air conditioner in the whole entire home. I am very pleased with my experience with this company, and I recommend anyone who is looking for a portable air conditioner! The air conditioner is quiet and has so many features that are able to allow you ease of access! It is by far the best portable air conditioner that I have ever Had! It is very sleek and stylish and does not take up much space! For the price that this is listed, it is a good price!!! There is a saying that you get what you pay for, And 100%! This air conditioner is the number one air conditioner that I would recommend to any shopper that is looking To buy one!!! Five stars all around and I would give this a 10 out of 10!!! If you have any concerns or questions, their customer support team is amazing and their community is always growing!! I love their app and I was amazed at the products that they offer! I will for sure be buying many more products with this company!!!!!
