I purchased these to make yule log candle holders. I’ve used a stepper drill bit to do this in the past but it leaves a ribbed look in the hole. These bits cut a nice smooth looking bore. I only needed the large one but they come in a three piece set. Fortunately they weren’t too expensive. I’ve only used them once so don’t know how they’ll hold up over time. But if you’re a woodworker, I highly recommend these to have in your arsenal of specialty drill bits.

Used to clean bored holes in wood projects. 3 different sizes for different holes. Makes a smooth tapered cut and cleans the blowout from the dril bits in wood.
