JIANWEI - Drill Bit Sharpener, Multi-Purpose, Portable, Universal - About as basic as you can get. Difficult to set up trying to attach a drill motor to the back, and stabilize to sharpener. I clamped the drill to the bench, then put a block under the sharpener at about the right height. It helps if you've sharpened bits before on a more sophisticated sharpener so you understand the concept of the cutting angle and relief angle. With a little practice, you can sharpen bits. The abrasive coating on the discs is medium coarse, so you won't get a smooth polished finished in the bits. There are no instructions, so you have to experiment to get the best results. I also experimented with sharpening a knife blade, as the pictures show. Don't bother, as there is no way to stabilize the blade as you try to pull it across the disc. You'll just end up having to re-sharpen the blade however you did before. Even for the price, this tool would be your last resort for sharpening drill bits.

Not something that you can use one your own, need at least one other person or a vice (but still very difficult with a vice because there are no flat parallel surfaces to hold it the vice is to hold the drill). Too many parts to hold onto at once to get all the pieces working together.
