I use the pins for bobbin lace and the consistency in size over time is important, because it was now time to replace some pins that have vanished over the years. I really like the length and strength of these pins.

I bought these since I was having issues with other pins I was using.These slid into the fabric smoothly and without much effort from me.They're really sharp and I managed to stab myself with them a few times, but with the sleekness, they slipped out of the way instead of impaling my fingers.The container they came in is strong and closes securely; I doubt it would randomly open and spill the pins.I'll buy more of these soon.

They're sewing pins; there's not exactly too much to rave about, but there's nothing to complain about either. They're very fine, so no visible holes left behind, and it's nice that the heads can be ironed over. They bend somewhat easily, but that's the tradeoff with a thin pin.

If precision matters in your application of these straight pins, the shaft is actually 0.55mm in diameter based on measurements with a quality caliper. That's slightly different than advertised; fortunately they still work well for me.

These length of needles are perfect to stow into your Victorinox 91mm Swiss Army Knife needle compartments. The head of the pins are a low enough profile that they don't interfere with the corkscrew/screwdriver folding and easy to pull out. I think Victorinox was selling needle replacements here on Amazon for $8 or so just for 3 pins... Unless those pins can hold a 2x4 in place, just buy these guys.

I've never used these before but I recently purchased some soundproofing foam pieces and in the review section for them a woman said she used these to hang them because the hole they leave is so tiny it's invisible if you ever take them down. I used these for that purpose so I can't speak to any other uses but they worked for me.They are very thin and therefor bend really easy so it took some testing but I found using a flat piece of something hard in your palm to press on it while keeping it straight with your fingers works best. Thankfully I didn't have to go too far in because it is difficult not to bend them going into drywall. Obviously that's not their intended purpose anyway so really it speaks well of them.

Pins only average review as some of them were bent. Well packaged though so could have been worse.
