The extraction tool worked very well, no damage to the armrest, the two sets of connectors snapped in to a re-assuring clicking sound and alll functions work exactly as they are designed to. Recommend for replacing similar master switch units.

This replacement part arrived quick and was easy to install. The buttons are firm and work very well.It does come with a tool that assists you in removal of the old unit. The plugs snapped in very easily and I was on my way.I would highly recommend this item. It is of good quality.

It is incredibly easy to plug in but it didn’t work properly. The doors wouldn’t lock and the windows would only go up or down if you left one of the two plugs unplugged. I did call for customer support as it stated on the product page but was there was no support. They just told me I had 30 days if I wanted to return it. So we chose to send it back for a refund.

Replacement piece was easy to install but at first not all the buttons would work and then it wouldn’t lock the door. Now it won’t let you roll down the driver side window if you don’t have the window lock on. But over all, it fixed the problem/issue.

I bought this and put it in. Worked great for about 3 weeks then only the back windows worked. After reading the reviews it’s common for this item. I fixed by unplugging it and plugging back in. Worked fine after that for about a week and had to do the same thing again. I added dielectric grease to see if that helps. Currently working.
