I need to invest in some more secure backing, the pin itself is gorgeously made, but I almost lost it first day. Working in shelters for the houseless, a lot of my residents are queer identifying as well as having severe trauma from experiencing transphobia. These people deserve to know that I am always striving for a safe space for them, this pin def does the job, just thankful it fell off in my car where I could find it quickly and not while I was on the floor of my shelter or walking down the street.

The close-up shot actually made me a bit skeptical. The lines aren't painted perfectly, but the size makes it look nicer than the preview pic. The colors are better, too; they're the pastel pink and blue you're hoping for.I thought for a while about getting a trans support-pin, and chose this one because I like that there's an actual message, and not just a symbol. I just keep imagining people getting provoked by the idea of protecting kids. yeep!
