Requires pre-drilling to use, and the small ones snap in half most of the time, leaving a massive hole you have to dig the pieces out of and then use the larger one to fill the hole. The larger ones are also somewhat delicate, and I went through twice as many of these as I should have just to hang something. If you can get them in though then they hold a lot.

Generous amount of anchors with two sizes in 32mm and 42mm lengths, two sizes of screws and a decent double sided bit, which was a nice surprise.I was a little surprised that these weren't the typical self drilling anchors that split and toggle behind the wall, but these essentially just rely on the screw to break through the fully sealed end of the tip to create a friction fit. When you place the anchor perfectly this tends to work okay, but I had better luck running a bigger screw through these anchors for a tighter lock. So I used the shorter 32mm anchor with the longer screws intended for the 42mm anchors and it worked tons better. Using the supplied bit to drive the anchors quickly marred the anchors, so I I had to resort to a slight pre-drill, then manually screwing them in with a screwdriver. This slightly defeated the purpose of self drilling anchors - to make life easier, but whatevs. The screwhole will mar before you can torque the anchor down to be level with the wall, so it took some technique to get it to work consistently well. Towards the end of the project, I found a larger deep seating philips head bit and that helped drive the anchors much better (with a drill set on low torque). The screws are made of cheap metal that strip easily, so again, using a screwdriver was the most consistent way to set the anchors without stripping everything. This is still a reasonably decent value, especially if you have some extra screws laying around so you can move up a size of screw for each anchor respectively.

This is a very nice set that includes everything you need to add anchors to your wall. Once installed they are not going anywhere, very nice and sturdy. I know it comes with this kind of anchor but I wish it didn't leave such a big hole in the wall. I'd say anything you use these on have to be pretty permanent.
